We are looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk/System administrator to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. He will be considered as the firm’s front liner and will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
  • Walk customers through problem solving process.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
  • Working in US time zone.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of System Admin experience mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge on Windows OS(XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)
  • Basic knowledge in networking, VPN environment.
  • Knowledge in AD, Windows server 2003/2008/2012, Group Policy.
  • Knowledge in Linux would be a plus point.
  • Knowledge on basic l1 hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Java html; xml; JavaScript (jQuery); uml; PHP.
  • Mobile experience (Android / IOS) will be a good advantage as add on.
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor (4-year) degree with a technical major such as engineering or computer science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & should be able to handle and communicate with International clients.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Willing to accept challenging assignments.
Certification or Training:
  • CCNA or/and MCITP.
